Side Rear Single Story Extension (Click image for more detail)

On this project we constructed a new dining kitchen, downstairs toilet and entrance hall.

The benefits to the client is a new large dining kitchen & w.c. but also we removed the old kitchen making it possible to knock through the living room to make more room and also access to the rear garden.

We also fully landscaped the garden with a wall to block off the driveway and fitted a new patio to extend the use of the house out into the new private patio.

Double Story Side Extension With Hipped Roof (Click image for more detail)

This double story extension added a downstairs toilet & shower room, kitchen extension and small utility room.  Upstairs we created a larger bathroom with bath & walk in shower and enlarged the small box room to a double room.

A new roof was added at the same time. This gave the new home 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room and large dining kitchen.

Single Story Gable End Extension (Click image for more detail)

This build made use of a wasted area of unused driveway to create a single story gable end extension, consisting of a garage & store area.

It also enlarged the existing small kitchen to create a large kitchen diner and to make this possible we only had to remove one existing wall which kept the disruption to the household to a minimum.
